THEATRE ON ICE TEAM
Theatre On Ice (TOI) is a form of competitive figure skating that combines the grace of figure skating with the excitement of theatre and dance. This a brand-new production event for ISI (Ice Sports Industry). Skaters of all ages and advanced ability level can participate in this theatrical team event. TOI is a creative and artistic program usually based on a story or theme, using costumes, props and technical skating to enhance the production performance.

Skatetown Royale, Roseville CA
Skatetown is starting its first fun and recreational Theatre on Ice team in 2022. The team will skate at ISI competitions in Roseville and other rinks in Northern California and perform occasional exhibitions. Team members will experience the thrill of reaching a goal through hard work, determination and cooperation and feel the pride of being recognized for their achievements.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS to participate:
- Age Requirements - all ages
- Time Commitment - Teams practice every Saturday. All practices are crucial for the team’s development so skaters must attend all practices.
- Skill Prerequisites: Badge tested Delta with the goal of freestyle 1.

- Who it the Head Coach for this program?
Coach Naomi Watts. She has over 30 years skating experience and was a professional show skater with Disney on Ice and Universoul Circus. Her specialty is creative choreography.

THEATRE ON ICE SHOW
Skatetown’s Theatre on Ice Shows combine the grace of figure skating with the excitement and precision of theater and dance. The bi-annual (July and December) shows feature group numbers from Skatetown’s Learn to Skate classes, as well as solos and duets and a performance by the new Theatre on Ice Team!
All ages and abilities (USFS and ISI) are welcome to participate in Skatetown's Theatre on Ice Shows.
