Join a team and take YOUR shot! It’s a fun, exhilarating way to meet up with friends, stay in shape and participate in an exciting recreational hockey league - all at the same time. We'll even help outfit you for a safe, comfortable experience. Our onsite ProShop is fully equipped to meet your needs.
- Must be 18 or older
- Weekly standings & stats
- No contact, non-checking
- One 75-minute game per week (same night each week)
- Games start no later than 11:15 pm
- Parity managed by league management
- Divisions are filled on a first come, first served basis

- Friday, March 6 - Team fee deadline
- Monday, March 9 - Registration opens for individual fees
- Friday, May 12 - Rosters will be frozen
There are currently over 1,000 players on 64 teams in 7 divisions:
- Bronze B (Entry Level)
- Bronze A (Beginner)
- Silver B (Stanley - Monday Nights) (Beginner/Intermediate)
- Silver B (Wales - Friday Nights) (Beginner/Intermediate)
- Silver A (Intermediate)
- Gold B (Intermediate/Advanced - Gold A-Level players not eligible to play in Gold B)
